However, many of these basic requirements have not yet been defined. The Munich lawyer Johannes Fiala therefore warns brokers and software manufacturers not to be lulled into a sense of security. To the documentation programs already available on the market so far he expressed himself in the current issue 10 December 2006 \/ January 2007 of portfolio international as follows: &#8220;What I have seen so far are at best helpful and relatively complete checklists of what needs to be queried during a customer conversation. However, it is important &#8211; and this has been confirmed again and again in the past years &#8211; to record the course of the conversation in all details.
