Thus, despite existing legal regulations, it is advisable to draw up a written contract that regulates the <strong>basic features of a cooperation<\/strong>. This so-called <strong>agency agreement<\/strong> should cover, among other things, topics such as <strong>remuneration<\/strong> and <strong>commissions<\/strong> as well as the <strong>non-competition cla<\/strong> use and a predefined <strong>area of work<\/strong>.
