I had contacted Mr. Fiala regarding a complicated dispute about the right to draw on a life insurance policy because I initially found helpful information on the subject on the firm's website and Mr. Fiala gave me quite detailed information on my first call. At first I was a little disappointed because Mr. Fiala passed my case on to another lawyer in his firm, Mr. Gottschlich.
