Asset protection – The tricks of the trade

You manage million amounts and your decisions have a major impact on the economy, employees and your own company. The managers and entrepreneurs of our time are rewarded for this responsibility with high salaries, profit-sharing and attractive share packages that are more than above average. These assets must of course be protected, especially against access by third parties, such as creditors, former partners or even the fiscal authorities. Asset protection, or asset protection in the new German language, refers to the service offered by specialized consultants and lawyers to protect the hardly earned assets of the rich.
