Where brokers most often seek legal protection for themselves

Brokers are tending to make more and more frequent use of legal advice in professional matters: 51 percent of the brokerage firms have done so in the past two years. Compared to the previous year, this is an increase of eleven percentage points, and an increase of 19 percentage points compared to 2012, according to a Yougov broker sales barometer survey, for which 226 independent financial and insurance brokers were surveyed in February 2016.
