Numerous insurers, tax advisors and financial service providers reassure the entrepreneur with the statement ‘your company pension scheme is insolvency-protected’.
Recent BGH rulings and the latest report of the Petitions Committee of the German Bundestag show: The insolvency administrator can collect and realise the reinsurance of the pension commitment ? the garnishment protection goes nowhere.
The working time account is similarly problematic for the GGF. Most family entrepreneurs are not aware of the problem ? the tax advisors have been sitting on incomplete contracts that have not been ?maintained? for decades. There is a need for action.
